10 large land locations for creation and development of industrial and agro-industrial parks were formed on the territory of Oryol region

This was told by General Director of JSC "Corporation of development of Oryol region" Olga Bochmago in her interview to the newspaper "Imperious vertical of Federation". The Corporation provides support for a number of investment projects and accumulates a database of real estate and land plots that may be of interest to investors, writes the DairyNews with reference to the website of the regional government.
On the territory of the industrial park "Green grove" in Mtsensk district there is being developed buckwheat and flake factory of "Central cereal company" with a packing and logistics complex, which specializes in the processing of legumes and the production of cereals gray groats with a capacity of 130 tons per day. In 2017 the second stage of the elevator was completed.
In Kromy district work is being carried out on creation of the Interregional transport and logistic wholesale and distribution center with a railway terminal and cluster of adjacent productions and modern capacities on storage of agricultural production.
In Dolgoe district pre-project works are done on construction of the plant LLC "Oryolmetakhim" for production of urea using highly efficient technologies.
The construction of the greenhouse complex is being carried out by the company "Prompark" in Novosil district. The company expects to grow up to 13 thousand tons of cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce per year. On the basis of this investment platform, it is planned to create an agro-industrial park "Novaya Zusha".
As noted by Olga Bochmago, the Government of Oryol region and the Corporation will guarantee all-round assistance in implementation of investment projects on the territory of the region.
