1040 business entities of Belarus are connected to the system AITS
The expert said that in Belarus there is an active development of the system of EVC – the system of AITS has been introduced and actively promoted. It consists of three subsystems: the first part is designed for traceability of live animals, the second – for goods and products of animal origin, the third – to ensure veterinary safety when moving controlled goods both within the Republic of Belarus and abroad.
On the basis of the signed agreement, there was adopted a plan to ensure the exchange of electronic veterinary certificates, which is divided into the implementation of the exchange electronic veterinary accompanying documents from the RB into Russia, the second – from Russia to Belarus, the third stage is aimed at the implementation of full traceability. As of April 18, the functionality of the database structure has been improved, the first stage of the Belarusian integration component has been developed.
– When sending electronic veterinary accompanying documents the system of AITS for 15-minute period sees whether the formed by the system "Mercury" veterinary document has been accepted. Sometimes it happens that our veterinary service hurries and sends products, without waiting for the certificate – then it is necessary to send the newly formed electronic veterinary accompanying document again, – Mr. Kolpakov told.
The consultant of the Department noted that a lot of work has been done on the part of the Rosselkhoznadzor and now we can talk about the full implementation of the first stage of system integration.
S. Kolpakov concluded that 1040 of the business entities connected to the AITS and sends products to Russia, works well in the system of 384 subjects. Since August 1 till today 122 thousand electronic veterinary accompanying documents have been issued through the system, in April this year there were issued 6149 electronic veterinary accompanying documents.
