27 enterprises fell under the third stage of labeling dairy products in Tatarstan - Ministry of Agriculture

On December 1, the 3rd stage of labeling of dairy products started. 27 enterprises are subject to this stage of labeling in Tatarstan, reported in the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture to The DairyNews.
57 milk processing enterprises are successfully operating in the region.
The average daily volume of processing of raw milk is more than 3,200 tons, at small enterprises - about 200 tons.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan keep under constant control the progress of the organization of the introduction of labeling of dairy products and packaged water. The heads of enterprises are informed about the need to comply with the deadlines and stages of its implementation.
Earlier we reported that the dairy plants in Vladimir region complained about problems with the new labeling.
