A businessman compared Russian food embargo with “redivision of the market by stuck to officials companies”

“This embargo is criminal and was implied for market redivision by concrete companies stuck to government officials, what led to lack of competition and price growth”, - said Potapenko, adding, that the prohibitive and egregious percentage rents were not made by US President Obama.

According to Potapenko, since the system Platon was launched the drivers have to pay three taxes - two on transportation and fuel, and the new one also known as «tax Rotenberg».
