The production of luxury Italian cheeses will be started up on the territory of the rural settlement of Sobolevo supported by the administration of Orekhovo-Zuyevo district, according to The DairyNews with reference to the press service of the regional administration.
As noted in the article, the total investment amounted to about 25 million rubles. The plant in Sobolevo is ready to work; in the near future it will produce cheese on Italian equipment with full respect for the technology.
