A new line for the production of cottage cheese is launched in Serebryanye Prudy on January 24 by the company "AISFeR»
"The company “AISFeR” is launching a modern line that will produce about 6 tons of natural cottage cheese from premium milk per day. The cottage cheese line is designed to process 40 tons of milk per day at the first stage. We plan to increase the processing capacity of the line to 60 tons", said Andrey Razin.
The process is fully automated, the equipment allows the operator to set all technological parameters from the control panel, while the touch screen displays the production stages, temperature, and time.
"The process is carried out in a closed flow, which eliminates manual labor and ensures high quality of the finished product, it also allows increasing the shelf life", said Andrey Razin.
The company “AISFeR” is located in Serebryanye Prudy. The main product of the company is milk, which is produced from its own raw milk based on advanced dairy technologies. The structure of the enterprise includes a livestock complex for breeding Holstein cattle and a milk processing plant.
"The new line makes traditional cottage cheese of different fat content. Now it is low-fat cottage cheese, 5%, 9% and 12%. It is also planned to produce a classic 18% cottage cheese. The production is equipped with packing equipment. Individual type and material of packaging is selected for each variety. The release format is a sealed package with a volume of 400 g", - said Andrey Razin.
Investments in the project amounted to 200 million rubles.
"Thanks to the new production, more than 50 residents of Serebryanye Prudy and nearby urban districts found jobs", added Andrey Razin in conclusion.
