A plant of "Russkoye moloko" in Moscow region received another claim about bankruptcy
The lawsuit for declaring of the organization as a bankrupt was registered by the regional arbitration on March 20. The plaintiff is individual entrepreneur Ryabykh Irina Igorevna. The amount of claims is not disclosed in court documents.
At the time of writing, the lawsuit is put off until April 27, 2020. The definition, signed by judge Polina Shavyrina clarifies that an individual entrepreneur, addressed with the claim for bankruptcy of "Ruzskoye moloko", provided the acts on the availability of debt without marking the entry into legal force. In addition, the plaintiff did not notify the defendant of the intention to apply for recognition of the enterprise as bankrupt.
It should be noted that this is the 10th attempt to recognize "Ruzskoye moloko" as bankrupt. The first bankruptcy claim of the company was filed in 2012. The last trial ended in February 2020. In all cases, the company paid off its debts in a pre-trial manner, and the judge terminated the proceedings.
JSC “Ruzskoye moloko” is a factory located in Moscow region that produces milk and cream for food. The company is part of the holding company “Russkoye moloko”, founded by businessman Vasily Boyko-Veliky, who is in jail for the Credit-Express Bank case.
