A single aggregator of trade "Berezka" has started its work in Russia
According to the order of the government of the Russian Federation № 824-p of 28.04.2018, Federal Executive authorities and state institutions subordinated to them are obliged to carry out public procurement of goods, works and services of small volumes through a Single aggregator of trade "Berezka" (SAT) since November 1, 2018.
The rules of SAT regulate the tripartite relationship of suppliers, customers and operator of SAT (it is also represented by RT-technology) in public procurement. To access the aggregator, the customer must fill out a registration form with an electronic signature. The executors of the state order must send their data and documents for checking.
According to RBC, primarily, small purchases mean purchases of the Federal executive authorities and Federal government agencies (except defense authorities) under their responsibility, in the amount of 400 thousand rubles. The aim of creation of a single aggregator of trade — the optimization of public expenditures on procurement of serial products, as well as the empowerment of small and medium enterprises to offer their goods, works and services to government customers.
