We are actively engaged in the deliveries directly from our retail outlets, and we are working on various options that will allow us to deliver fresh products directly from branded stores", said Svetlana Barsukova.
According to her, the current economic situation makes it possible to find something new in the markets. "We conduct our own analyses and monitor market research on which products are most in demand by customers. Now grocery, canned goods and frozen products are in the lead", added Svetlana Barsukova.
Under the pandemic, AGROSILA does not revise investment plans, and by the end of 2020, it intends to increase revenue to 43 billion rubles. First of all, due to the loading of two production facilities – LLC "Chelny-Dairy processing plant" and LLC "Agrosila-Moloko". The Holding plans to develop further the export direction, which accounts for 15% of the total volume. Today, the enterprises of the holding, as continuously operating, work as normal. All personnel are provided with protective equipment, the temperature of employees is measured at the entrance, and bactericidal lamps are installed on the territory of enterprises, which allow to disinfect the air. You can't move between workshops. Employees who work remotely use embedded digital tools.

Digitalization allows you to remotely control many processes and analyze a huge amount of information. In real time, while at home, the Manager can track all the necessary processes at production facilities in other cities, see how much data has been processed by the single window analytics system and make the right decisions, without going to the fields, for example – satellite images will provide all the information", said Svetlana Barsukova.
