"Agrosila-Moloko" plans to produce soft cheeses
In addition, the company plans to start production of soft cheeses in 2019. In February-March next year, the company also plans to put products of LLC "Agrosila-Moloko" in an updated package to the shelves of Russian stores.
According to Bairasheva, today 80% of incoming milk the company receives from farms belonging to the holding company "Agrosila". Products are delivered from farms of Tukay, Zay and Sarmanovo regions. The company carries out three-stage quality control of incoming raw materials, which completely eliminates the supply of low-quality milk, including milk containing traces of antibiotics.
It should be reminded that in 2017, 39 million rubles were invested in the modernization of the production of Agrosila Moloko. Today production capacity of the milk processing enterprise per day is 210 tons. For 11 months 2018 "Agrosila-Moloko" produced products at 1.1 billion rubles. There was processed 37.5 thousand tons of milk, 19.5 thousand tons of skim milk and 8.3 thousand tons of whey. Today the product portfolio of the enterprise includes 104 names.
