Agrosila plans to increase exports eight times in 2020
"In 2019, JSC "Agrosila", LLC "Agrosila. Chelny-MPС" increased exports 2.5 times; LLC "Chelny-broiler" increased the pace of supply of products twice. In 2020, the Holding plans to increase the corresponding indicators eight times in monetary terms. On the agenda is the entry into the Chinese market - today, together with the Ministry of agriculture, the necessary accreditation is carried out. In addition, with regard to expanding the geography of supplies, we note the interest in finished products from partners in the CIS countries, in particular, in Turkmenistan. It is important to note that the annual increase in production at enterprises on average is not less than 15-20%, and this is under difficult conditions in the market of poultry products. Most players have already noted the trend of the outgoing year of a slight decline in consumer interest. Nevertheless, we are systematically increasing production volumes", - said Svetlana Barsukova.
According to preliminary data, in 2019 the revenue of JSC "Agrosila" according to the plan will reach 40-45 billion rubles. During the press tour, the General Director of the company noted that 9800 specialists work at the enterprises and agricultural firms of the Holding. "Annual output per person is growing by 15%, in monetary terms, each employee earns 3 million rubles", adds Svetlana Barsukova.
At the site of LLC "Agrosila. Chelny-MPС", which presented its production facilities for the first time after its launch in 2017, 800 specialists are employed. The company plans to increase the rate of revenue to 5 billion rubles in 2020.Today, its project indicators are 144 tons per day and 49.5 thousand tons of products per year. In the past year, "Agrosila. Chelny-MPC plans its revenue at the level of 3.6 billion rubles. During the production season, the company brought to the market an updated range of sausages, including sausages in the Halal format - "Summer sausage Safar Halal", "Pepperoni" and "Chorizo", as well as products from poultry meat. Systematic growth is ensured by a wide range of demanded products, innovative programs and the latest equipment. In particular, a robotic warehouse of finished products, which allows you to pick up orders, monitor their timely execution, mark each unit with thermostickers with individual customer requirements - barcodes, label formats, quantum products and even the size of the box. The total storage capacity of the complex exceeds 300 tons, and separate access roads allow daily shipment of more than 200 tons of products.
