‘It is worth noting that in cheese industry it is very important to maintain a balance between quality and quantity, and, unfortunately, the quality of our cheeses is not satisfactory. Perhaps this is due to the fact that in Russia there are no analogues to European standards and those strict requirements for production technology that are honored in France and other European countries. We often have nothing behind the loud name of cheese,’ commented Alexey Andreev.

Возможно, это из-за того, что в России нет аналогов европейским стандартам и тем жестким требованиям к технологии производства, которые в чести во Франции и прочих странах Европы. У нас же часто за громким названием сыров часто ничего нет», - прокомментировал Алексей Андреев.
