Alexey Babenko: Agroholding "Russkoe moloko" is willing to make electronic veterinary accompanying documents for finished products
Alexey Babenko said that there were no technical or organizational difficulties in the agricultural holding.
- We understand and support the idea of full transparent tracing and control of the origin of the final product. Only in the presence of a permanently fixed and remotely controlled mathematical connection of the material component of the natural finished product and its natural raw materials we can be sure of the natural origin of the product. This is the material product balance.
The expert noted that the Agroholding fully prepared the dairy plant "Ruzskoe moloko" and all partners-distributors for the integration of all data on finished products in the Federal state information system "Mercury", established an accurate batch accounting for the circulation of products, marking of logistics packaging using a unique bar code GS1-128, design and maintenance of electronic veterinary accompanying documents.
- At the same time we have incurred certain financial costs. In the future, in the case of changes in legislation, we are ready to integrate our data into Federal state information system "Mercury" and issue electronic veterinary accompanying documents for finished products, - concluded Alexey Babenko.
According to the representative of the company, the process of receipt of raw materials to the plant of the agricultural holding is in normal operating mode, without failures. The cost of production of raw milk has not increased.
- The only point that deserves attention and requires adjustment, as we believe, is too long acceptable period of registration of electronic veterinary accompanying documents by state veterinary authorities since the moment of application. With the established by Technical Regulations period of processing of raw milk of 36 hours since the time of milking, the maximum period of registration of electronic veterinary accompanying documents in 24 hours does not leave time for its processing. It is necessary to pay attention on this, - emphasized Alexey Babenko.
