Amur region will be ready for the second stage of labeling of dairy products - Oleg Turkov
He noted that two enterprises are engaged in the production of dairy products with a shelf life of more than 40 days in the region. These are large companies that carry out deliveries to all regions of the Far Eastern Federal District.
‘At the second stage, seven technological lines, on which 45 types of dairy products are produced, are subject to equipment for applying and reading labels. In quantitative terms, this group is about 86 thousand tons per year, 55% of the total output. Preparation for the introduction of labeling is going on normally. Manufacturers choose labeling and direct application on the lines. The enterprises will be ready by September 1,’ Oleg Turkov said.
Earlier, we reported that JSC Luch will build a mega-farm for 2,400 cows in Amur region. The corresponding agreement will be signed at the Eastern Economic Forum.
