Anatoly Anisimov: pancake week promises rapid growth in sales of dairy products
- The decline in the price of milk is not fixed; moreover, its cost has grown slightly. There is the pancake week ahead - in this period sales are growing rapidly. Then the Fast will begin and the need for milk will be reduced, the price will go down, – said Anatoly Anisimov.
The expert added that the price of raw milk and finished products at the Federal state unitary enterprise "Poyma" is stable and has not changed for two years.
– We have annual contracts for the supply of milk, which were signed at the beginning of the year. In the summer we lose, in the winter, maybe we win, but it is convenient for everyone. This allows us to keep prices at the same level without fluctuations – following the type of planned economy in the Soviet Union. I do not expect a significant drop in prices by the end of spring, at least in our region – the price may fall by an average of two rubles, – summed up Anisimov.
Earlier, the Executive Director of the group of companies TM "Bogorodskoe Selo" Valery Kataev said in a comment to The DairyNews that the price of raw milk by the summer can be from 25 to 30 rubles per liter, if there is no global change, if the market is not saturated with milk powder and if the amount of falsification is reduced.
