Andrey Fadeichev also noted that the measures announced by the President and the government to support small and medium-sized businesses are correct in their design, but useless.

But in fact, only a few will be able to use it - to get it, the applicant must provide a Bank guarantee, or a guarantee from a solvent person, or a pledge of real estate or securities. And in six months, in any case, you will have to pay, otherwise you will have to be responsible either to the Bank or to the guarantor. No one will take such a risk", said Andrey Fadeichev.
