Andrey Razin: Moscow region plans to reimburse the 20% in the construction of cheese plants

According to the Head of the Ministry of agriculture of the region, there is a demand for quality farm cheese in the region, reports The DairyNews.
This was stated by the Minister today at the meeting with the cheese makers.
"We have the example of Oleg Sirota and we believe that there could be much more of such examples" said Andrey Razin, expressing the view that cheese production is one of the high-margin businesses in the segment of dairy processing, which provides the greatest profit.
"Of course, one needs to be trained to deal with technology. That is why we have developed a special program," - said the Head of the Ministry of agriculture of Moscow region.
Funds for this program are incorporated in the budget, said Andrei Razin. "We plan to reimburse 20% of costs in the construction of cheese plants," said the official, informing about the development of model business plans.
