Arkady Ponomarev: in Bashkiria, the amount of raw milk far exceeds the processing capacity

This was stated by member of the Agrarian Committee of the State Duma Arkady Ponomarev in an interview with The DairyNews during the festival "Dairy country".
"Now there is one significant problem for the dairy industry in Bashkortostan - the amount of raw milk far exceeds the processing capacity. Therefore, today I would not pay too much attention to raw material resource, but direct the power to the organization of processing", - said Arkady Ponomarev.
The traditional annual festival "Dairy country - 2019" has been held in Ufa since 2011. This year, the biggest milk festival in Russia was first visited by the participants of the VIII Motor Rally "Way to milk!"
The Motor Rally, which started on August 19, was held in Kirov region, the republics of Udmurtia and Bashkortostan and ended in Ufa on August 24.
