During the conference "Dairy Business: finance, technology and marketing", organized by the news agency The DairyNews, the marketing agency V-Brand and the company IDS in the framework of the exhibition "Agros 2021", the owner and founder of the company Moloko Group Ilya Ragozin said that the simultaneous production and processing of milk at the enterprise creates many problems for the company, writes The DairyNews.
According to the expert, one of the important issues of milk processing is the involvement of foreign specialists, who, according to Ilya Ragozin, are not willing to come to Russia.
- The development of production is hindered by an uncompetitive market, where low-quality and cheap products do not provide healthy competition. This is a state issue, and at the moment it is not included. As long as there are surrogates and falsified products on the market, our industry will develop slowly,’ Ilya Ragozin said.
According to its own data, the daily volume of milk production and processing by Moloko Group is 21 tons.
