Association of Dairy Producers Damol: preparation for the third stage of labeling of dairy products is in full swing
Back in winter - when the issue of starting cheese labeling since June 1 was acute - we decided on an integrator. On September 1, we entered the second wave of labeling with the same partner. To date, software products and technical solutions together with the integrator have been almost completely adapted to each of the production sites. Specialists of all enterprises are well acquainted with the work of the program; they are trained in advance to work in it.
For the timely launch of labeling at the plants of the association, equipment of both Russian and foreign production is purchased, depending on the specifics of the work of the plants. Most of the equipment has been ordered or is already in the integrator's warehouse.
All plants of the association plan to start labeling dairy products with a shelf life of less than 40 days (cottage cheese, milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, yoghurts, chocolate glazed curd bars, curds, etc.) on time and without failures.
The association of dairy producers Damol includes Samara butter-making plant Pestravsky, Togliatti plant Volga Industry, Nizhnekamsk dairy plant in Tatarstan, Ulyanovsk dairy plant Vita and several other dairy processing enterprises in the Volga region, Siberia and the Far East.
Earlier we reported that the association of dairy producers Damol has approached the TOP 10 largest dairy companies in Russia. This follows from the rating of the 100 largest dairy companies in Russia according to Dairy Intelligence Agency.
