At August end cheese consumer prices growth reached 3.3%

According to Rosstat data, average cheese consumer prices growth in Russia reached 3.3% since the beginning of the year.
Growth of consumer prices for other dairy products (as of August 29) was as follows: for butter – 5.3%, for liquid pasteurized milk – 2.4%, for liquid sterilized milk – 3.4%, for cottage cheese with high level of fat content – 3.8%.
During the week from August 23 to August 29, 2016 consumer prices for rennet cheese, cottage cheese with high level of fat content, sour cream, liquid sterilized milk grew by 0.1%; for butter – by 0.2%.
