At the second stage of reconstruction of the Kazan dairy plant the investments of Komos Group will amount to 880 million rubles
Currently, the company processes 400 tons of raw milk per day and takes the second place in milk processing among all the plants of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the press service of the agricultural holding, an expanded fermentation zone will be put into operation in July, where in the future it is planned to install a new cup line with a capacity of 10 thousand units per hour for the production of thermostatic dairy products, yoghurts and sour cream. Currently, construction work is 80% complete; installation is scheduled for August, after all the necessary Novapac equipment arrives from Germany. External repairs of buildings are continuing – the facade of the 3rd building of the plant has been repaired.
A new expedition is functioning, more than 1000 m2 of warehouse space has been repaired, and shelving equipment has been installed. At the same time, household premises for warehouse employees, office premises for operators who issue primary documentation and storekeepers, and a meal room for employees were renovated. The project to implement an information system for warehouse management WMS, similar to the one that effectively operates at the production sites "Sarapul-Moloko" and "Perm cold storage plant "Sozvezdie" is at the stage of completion. Now there is a so-called "run-in". At the final stage of launching the system, full control of the movement of goods in the warehouse through storage cells will be carried out.
In addition, as part of the reconstruction, the plant's infrastructure is gradually expanding. Thus, the capacity of the compressor shop will be increased. It is planned to purchase, adjust and launch two new compressors by March next year.
