By the end of the year, “EkoNiva” plans to produce 3.2-3.4 thousand tons of milk per day
- Today we are milking 2450 tons of milk per day, - he said. – This is about 120 large milk trucks. Now we are completing what we started to build, preparing food. If in 2019 we produced about 750 thousand tons of milk, this year we will be able to pass the threshold of one million tons.
Stefan Duerr said that the holding company wants not only to produce more milk, but also to process it.
- Last year we processed about 50-60 thousand tons of milk, this year we want to increase the volume of processing three times, - he said. – In the middle of the year, we are launching a cheese factory in Shchuchye, Voronezh region, to produce more cheese. Now we produce a little of this product at a factory in Kaluga region. We also hope to launch a large cheese factory in Novosibirsk region by the end of the year.
In addition, according to Stefan Duerr, the company will work more on the quality of dairy products.
