During the period from January to September 2015 Russia produced 440 thousand tons of cheese and cheese products what is 23.4% more compared to the same period of the previous year.
During the period from January to September 2015 Russia produced 440 thousand tons of cheese and cheese products what is 23.4% more compared to the same period of the previous year. This is according to Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) data.
Liquid processed milk production decreased by 0.6% in the period under review and reached 4 mln tons. Production of concentrated dairy products fell by 0.2% to 599 mln of standard cans. Production of margarine products increased by 9.5% to 379 thousand tons.
