Consumer prices for dairy products, cheese and eggs increased by 0.2% in April, according to Rosstat data.
In EU countries this index has dropped on the average by 0.3%. The price for dairy products and eggs has increased in Russia by 2% compared to April 2015.
In April 2016 consumer prices for dairy products, cheese and eggs have grown in Cyprus by 1.4%, in Latvia – by 1%, in Czech Republic – by 0.8%, in Luxembourg – by 0.6%, in Hungary – by 0.3%. In Estonia and Great Britain the prices for the listed products have dropped the most – by 1.8% and 1.2% respectively.
