Daily milk yield in Rusmolсo reached 500 tons

The positive dynamics of growth is due to the systematic implementation of the strategy for development of the livestock sector. Rusmolco manages three modern dairy farms in three districts of Penza region. The livestock of the company is constantly growing due to commissioning of new production facilities and expansion of existing ones. In total, there are more than 14,300 forage-fed cows. The average daily milk yield per milking cow exceeds 37 kg.

An important factor influencing the increase in the indicator is the work on improving the genetic potential of animals, which is being carried out within the framework of the genetic program launched in 2019. The genetic program provides for development of three interrelated areas: increasing fertility of the herd, improving the genetic potential of future generations, and intensifying growth of heifers.

In addition, Rusmolco has a program to improve health of animals, and the feed base is being improved. The specialists of the company are regularly trained to improve their professional skills.

Rusmolco plans to continue working on improving the performance and development of dairy farming.
