Dairy plant for 750 million rubles has been built in Stavropol region

"Our project began a few years ago, when a number of milk producers in the territory of Kochubeevskoe district decided to get united and build their own plant. At present six farms are members of our enterprise that collectively produce up to 85 tons of raw milk per day. The plant worth 750 million rubles has been built, we are commissioning and this month we plan to get the first products", S. Komarov said.

He added that 150 million rubles out of them is the investors' own funds, 600 million rubles is a loan from Sberbank (MOEX: SBER).

The managers of the dairy plant expect the project to be paid back in 6-7 years.

According to S. Komarov, the plant will process up to 50 tons of milk per day, but the company is studying the possibility of introducing a second stage, which will increase the processing capacity to 100 tons of milk per day.

In addition to milk, the plant will produce kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, yoghurts, matsoni, varenets, as well as cheeses. "Out of 50 tons of milk we are going to process, about half will be for production of fermented dairy products, the second half - for cheeses, the maturation period of which is from 3 months to one year", Komarov added.

Fermented dairy products of the plant will be sold on the territory of Stavropol region, the Republic of Crimea, the North Caucasus and the South of Russia, cheeses - in Stavropol region, in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other major cities of the country, he said.

On Monday the government of Stavropol region decided to include LLC "Kazminsky dairy plant" into the residents of the territory of advanced development (TAD) of the single-industry town of Nevinnomyssk created in February 2018. For the enterprise there has been established the system of tax privileges, including the ones for the income tax for the first 5 years of implementation of the investment project. There have been reduced payments to the pension fund, social insurance fund and to compulsory health insurance fund. The property tax, land tax, land lease fee are nullified.

Earlier it was reported that the creation of the TAD "Nevinnomyssk" will make it possible to diversify the economy of the city, reduce dependence on the city-forming enterprise JSC "Nevinnomysskiy Azot", increase the investment attractiveness of the territory, create more than 1.6 thousand permanent jobs, attract investments in the amount of more than 6 billion rubles.

In December 2017 Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution on creation of 6 new territories of advanced developments in single-industry towns of Tambov region, Stavropol region, Karelia and Tatarstan

According to analytical system “SPARK-Interfax”, LLC "Kazminsky dairy plant" was registered in 2014 in Nevinnomyssk as a producer of milk and dairy products.

The authorized capital of the enterprise is divided between six agricultural enterprises of Stavropol region – LLC “Kolkhoz – breeding farm named after Chapaev” (45%), Agricultural production cooperative, kolkhoz – breeding farm “Kazminsky” (34%), Agricultural production cooperative, kolkhoz – breeding farm “Kuban” (6%), Agricultural production cooperative, kolkhoz “Polyarnaya Zvezda” (5%), LLC “Stavropolagrosoyuz” (5%), JSC “Agricultural enterprise “Kolos”” (5%)
