The Dairy Plant Vladimirsky, owned by Danone Holding, may change its owner. Director of the Department of Agriculture of Vladimir region Konstantin Demidov reported this, writes The DairyNews with reference to the information of the Komsomolskaya Pravda.
At the end of last year, Danone ceased operations in Vladimir region, as a result of which the company's capacities are now idle. However, the situation may change soon.
According to Konstantin Demidov, the agrarian department of the region regularly conducts negotiations with the owner of the dairy plant. It is hoped that the investor will launch production at the site of the enterprise at the end of this year.
'Interest in the site remains, at the moment there are two potential buyers. Let's hope that the owner will start work on the territory of the plant in the very near future,’ Konstantin Demidov said.
