During the week from 3 to 9 November average growth of consumer prices for butter, cottage cheese with high fat content, liquid pasteurized milk, rennet cheese reached 0.3%. Sour cream price grew by 0.4%.
During the week from 3 to 9 November average growth of consumer prices for butter, cottage cheese with high fat content, liquid pasteurized milk, rennet cheese reached 0.3%. Sour cream price grew by 0.4%. The most price increase showed liquid heat-treated milk – it reached 0.5%.
Year to date consumer price increase for sour cream totaled 9.6%, for liquid pasteurized milk – 6.9%, for butter – 8.8%, for cottage cheese with high fat content – 8.5%, for rennet cheese – 5.75%, for liquid heat-treated milk – 6.4%.
