"DalgovGroup" invested half a million Euros in improving the environmental sustainability of the plant "Gusevmoloko"
Large-scale reconstruction of heating station of Agricultural holding "DalgovGroup" (which has included "Gusevmoloko" since 2000) was begun 1.5 years ago. The transition to natural gas cost investors more than half a million euros.
As it was told by Director of "Gusevmoloko" Stanislav Grubinov, the builders had to work in difficult conditions: additional problems arose because a new boiler had to be equipped under the conditions of reconstruction of the old German buildings.
"Most of works had to be carried out at night so as not to interfere with the production, - said the Director. But the end result was worth the efforts. Due to the transition to natural gas, the cost of heat is greatly diminished. In fact, we have reduced the fuel costs three times," said Grubinov.
It was noted in the company that due to the reconstruction of a new boiler "Gusevmoloko" significantly improved the environmental situation not only at the enterprise itself, but also in Gusev, as the plant is located almost in the center of the city.
At the moment the factory "Gusevmoloko" produces a wide range of dairy products under the trademark Milk factory "Nezhinskaya". There are about 15,000 cows of dairy and beef breeds in the holding at present. Production capacities allow to process up to 120 tons of milk per day. Every day the plant produces: cheese, sour cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk with different fat content.
Over the past three years, investment in innovative technology and new bottling line for the enterprise amounted to 15 million euros.
