DeLaval and the Udmurt Republic organized an educational program for farmers
Events are organized by dairy industry experts and are held in the format of lectures from DeLaval consulting service specialists, as well as in the format of experience exchange from leading Russian farms.
On October 1, there was held the first seminar of the training program on the topic "Economy of milk". The event was opened by representatives of the organizers: Deputy Prime Minister of the Udmurt Republic - Minister of agriculture and food of the Udmurt Republic Olga Abramova and Director of marketing and product management of DeLaval Leonid Bessmertnykh. The organizers noted the importance of the events held to find possible growth zones, as well as the need to introduce the knowledge and technologies obtained during the training to the farms for further development.
The first webinar was held by Pavel Nosalenko, Head of the experimental farm of Kuban State Agrarian University Krasnodarskoe which by all indicators is one of the best in Russia and can share the long term experience of work. The agricultural enterprise is a vivid example of how modern efficient production can be made from an old farm without using borrowed funds and state support measures. ‘Educational and experimental farm Krasnodarskoe is a structural division of the Kuban State Agrarian University and serves as a base for training students, retraining and advanced training of specialists, conducting research, testing scientific developments, selling pedigree livestock, new technologies and other high-tech products.
In his speech at the webinar, Pavel Nosalenko told about the structure of the cost of milk at his enterprise, and also spoke about the main factors that affect the efficiency of the economy.
