Dmitry Mironchikov will be the moderator of the conference "How to produce quality milk»
During the conference, D. Mironchikov and a number of domestic and foreign market experts will discuss the requirements for the quality of milk, the value of milk fat, the features of cheese and organic milk.
– In my opinion, additional regulation to improve the quality of milk is not required. A key factor that will really allow to pay a higher price for higher quality milk is the introduction of the Institute of "independent both from the manufacturer and the processor" laboratories and strict control by the Rossekhoznadzor for the acceptance of milk at processing plants, – said Mr. Mironchikov.
According to him, there are two ways for processors who are really interested in improving the quality of the raw material base: the development of their own production base, or building long-term partnerships with the supplier with investment in technology and training of farm personnel.
We will remind that the XI Dairy Olympics will be held in St. Petersburg from 26 to 29 May. The event will bring together key domestic and foreign experts of the dairy industry.
