4 billion rubles will be allocated for preferential crediting to farm households. The first Deputy Minister of agriculture told about it during his speech at the Congress of the Association of farmers and agricultural cooperatives of Russia, according to The DairyNews.
"I have got a forecast of preferential crediting to farm households out of 15 billion rubles of limit 4 billion rubles will be allocated on crediting to farm households," - said Dzhambulat Khatuov.
In addition, the Deputy Minister noted the factor of increase of support to beginning farmers and family farms, primarily for livestock development, from year to year.
"The support per liter of milk for the farm sector is on average 60 kopecks per liter," - said the official.
"In general, the price of a liter of milk is not fair. According to the Minister of agriculture Alexander Tkachev, the price of milk should start from 24 rubles per liter," - said Dzhambulat Khatuov.
Natalia Chernetsova, Director of the Department of Economics and state support for agriculture of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation told about the support of small forms of farming.
"We want to prevent borrowers from walking through state agencies. 10 systemically important banks were chosen to launch the mechanism of preferential crediting. Yesterday accepting applications from regional banks was stopped. On Friday at a meeting of the Commission all the banks will be selected. Unfortunately, not all credit institutions are ready to work with small entities," - said Natalia Chernetsova.
