EkoNiva launches cheese production worth 1 billion rubles in Voronezh region

Stefan Dürr informed Alexander Gusev that the financial position of EkoNiva Group is stable. Thus, the daily volume of milk production increased by more than 40%, and the total financial revenue of the company increased by 50%. In the village Shchuchye, Liski district, a new cheese production plant has been launched. This investment project is estimated at 1 billion rubles. Stefan Dürr invited the governor to visit the production facility.
He also expressed gratitude to the governor for the adopted regional program to support the processing of products that are sent for export. EkoNiva Group already supplies its products to China and is working on possible deliveries to the UAE and the CIS countries.
‘We are interested in the development of the processing industry in the region and in the supply of our products to foreign markets,’ said Alexander Gusev. ‘The sale of goods with high added value is a significant contribution to the economy of Voronezh region. Therefore, the government of the region will continue to support agricultural producers.
During the meeting, they also discussed the implementation of the State Program "Integrated Development of Rural Areas" in Voronezh region. Stefan Dürr said that last year EkoNiva Group took part in the construction of 66 houses for its employees living in the villages.
In addition, Stefan Durr told the governor about the progress of vaccination of the company's employees against coronavirus and said that he had already been vaccinated.
