EkoNiva located in Voronezh region received tax benefits for 2 projects for 3 billion rubles
Special status was given to 2 projects of the group with a total investment of 2.98 billion rubles. The first project involves the construction of a factory for production of whole milk products, cheeses, and butter in Liski district. The investment volume is 1.12 billion rubles. Expected tax and non-tax contributions to the budget — more than 203 million rubles until 2028.
The second project is the modernization of a dairy plant in Anna district. The volume of investments will amount to 1.86 million rubles, and the expected tax and non-tax contributions to the budget will amount to almost 480 million rubles until 2033.
As particularly significant, investment projects will receive benefits for corporate property tax and income tax credited to the regional budget.
EkoNiva was founded in 1994. It is considered the largest producer of raw milk in Russia. It has branches in Voronezh, Kursk, Ryazan, Kaluga, Orenburg, Novosibirsk and Tyumen regions. Ekosem-Agrar (the holding's parent company) generated revenue of €400 million in 2019.
