Electronic veterinary certification for finished dairy products may be postponed for a year, it became known to The DairyNews. Recall, it is currently expected that the compulsory electronic veterinary certification for finished dairy products will be introduced since 1 January 2018.
Deputy head of Rosselkhoznadzor Nikolai Vlasov said that "there is an ongoing discussion about the possible extension of the deadline for the introduction of electronic veterinary certification for dairy products for another year, but the decision will be made later." The information was announced during a round table at the site of the Dairy Union of Russia.
Industry Association noted that the Rosselkhoznadzor expressed its readiness to cooperate with new pilot projects.
