Elena Fastova told about the cancellation of Capex for greenhouses since 2019
The speaker said that the dynamics of the main indicators in agro-industrial complex shows a breakthrough over the past 10 years, the indicators of production increased almost three times.
– We set other, larger goals and objectives for ourselves. The task of import substitution set five years ago has been completed, and we will soon achieve self-sufficiency in vegetables. The task of increasing exports fits the current situation, - said Fastova.
The speaker added that the state program of agricultural development will be extended until 2025, a new direction will appear – an increase in the number of employees in small and medium-sized businesses. The volume of Federal budget funds for exports and cooperation has been increased. The list of beneficiaries of concessional lending will be expanded.
- In 2019, there will be changes in the program of providing a Single subsidy – changes in the Capex, farmers should wait for innovations in the mechanism of agricultural insurance, – the Deputy Minister added.
There will be no Capex for greenhouses any longer - as Fastova announced, they will go for preferential loans.
– This kind of support will remain only for those areas where business is reluctant, for those areas where large investments and science are required. This will also indirectly support dairy farming – said Elena Fastova.
Speaking about exports, Fastova added that the total amount of funding for the entire period amounted to 406.8 billion rubles.
– We will support the elimination of trade barriers, the creation of a new mass of commodities, the creation of appropriate infrastructure, - commented fastova.
