- Participation in a voluntary experiment allows participants in product circulation to test the process of information interaction between their own software and hardware and the state information system for labeling. The completion of the experiment on February 29, 2020, without its further extension, would not allow producers who did not participate in the experiment to prepare properly for mandatory labeling of dairy products, - he explained. - Therefore, the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia proposed to remove the time gap between the end of the experiment and the beginning of mandatory labeling, the experimental period was decided to extend until March 31 of this year.
