FAS allowed EFKO to buy 45% in Belgorod Group of Companies "Green valley»
As a result of the deal, the share of JSC "EFKO Food Products" in the authorized capital of LLC "Group of companies "Green valley" will increase to 55%.
According to the analytical system "SPARK-Interfax", LLC "Group of companies "Green valley" was founded in 2009. The main activity is dairy cattle breeding, fodder production, processing of milk. Until 2018 the group of companies included 8 enterprises in the Belgorod region. Currently, there are three companies in the assets of the holding, including enterprises in cheese production, breeding and LLC "Biogasenergetica". 90% of the authorized capital of LLC "Group of companies "Green valley" belongs to the former head of the regional Department of strategic development - the former head of the Union of milk producers "Moloko Belogorya" Sergei Yudin.
At the end of 2017, FAS agreed to the deal for the acquisition of 55% in the authorized capital of LLC "Agrotechnologies and service" (Belgorod) by JSC "EFKO Food Products", which previously consolidated the main assets of the holding "Green valley" - dairy farms. Currently, JSC "EFKO Food Products" owns 49% of LLC "Agrotechnologies and service".
JSC "EFKO Food Products" was registered in 1999 in Moscow, it is the part of the group of companies "EFKO". The main activity is investments in securities.
Group of companies “EFKO” (brands “Sloboda” and “Altero”) is a leader in the market of food ingredients used in confectionery, bakery and other sectors of the food industry, it is engaged in processing of oilseeds, production of vegetable oil, mayonnaise, ketchup and yogurt, export of sunflower oil.
Production assets of the group are located in Belgorod, Voronezh and Sverdlovsk regions, Krasnodar region, Moscow region and Kazakhstan. Products are exported to more than 50 countries.
