FAS has postponed the issue of buying of created by ex-mayor of Moscow "Mosmedynagroprom" by “EkoNiva” for the end of the autumn

It is clarified that the decision was made due to the fact that FAS require obtaining additional information – the announced transaction could lead to restriction of competition in the region.

We will remind, at the end of August 2017 LLC "EkoNiva – APK holding" filed a petition to FAS on acquisition of 99.9% of shares of Kaluga enterprise. The Ministry of economic development of Kaluga region has appointed an auction with a starting sale price of 2.4 billion rubles on August 31, 2017, however, the auction was recognized unfulfilled due to lack of applications.

"Mosmedynagroprom" was created in 2000 with the active support of the former mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov on the basis of several enterprises. According to own data of the company, the JSC consists of 12 thousand hectares of farmland and 7 thousand heads of cattle. In 2012, new mayor Sergey Sobyanin made a decision on privatization of the company. The authorities tried to gain of shares of "Mosmedynagroprom" first, almost 5 billion rubles, then 2 billion rubles, but it did not attract potential buyers.

GC EkoNiva was founded in 2002, it is composed of two separate holdings - LLC "EkoNiva-APK-holding" (dairy and beef cattle farming, crop and seed production) and LLC "EkoNiva-Technika-holding" (supply of imported agricultural machinery, maintenance service, parts). The company unites 22 farms located in the territory of Liski, Kamenka, Kashirskoe and Bobrov municipal districts of Voronezh region.

According to "SPARK-Interfax", the charter capital "of Mosmedynagroprom" is 332.6 million rubles, the main activity – production of milk and dairy products. 99.9% of shares belong to the Ministry of economic development of Kaluga region, General Director is Valery Puchkov. Revenue from sales in 2016 amounted to 1.2 billion rubles, net loss – almost 37 million rubles.
