Importers of products from EU and USA may get a possibility to get round the embargo officially. The Cabinet of Ministers suggests opening a supply line via Customs Union countries on conditions that these products undergo advanced processing with an agreed number of technical operations. Dmitry Medvedev accepted this idea.
