GC “Molvest” held negotiations on the supply of cheese and butter to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan

Elena Ponomareva, Deputy General Director for procurement of GC “Molvest”, noted that there are certain agreements on the sale of green feed, vitamin and grass meal and other ingredients for compound feeds with producers from the Persian Gulf and Africa.
- Although we do not plan to export to Europe, here, in Berlin, we found important technologists in the field of cheese making, whom we can attract to develop our own range in Russia. And this is another useful aspect of participating in this large-scale event", she said.
The DairyNews reminds: earlier, Anatoly Losev, General Director of GC “Molvest”, said that labeling carries huge costs for dairy industry, whose profitability is already at the level of 5-7%. According to the expert, many processors will have to give up to half of their profits in favor of innovations.
