Mikhail Sobolev named the EU countries as the key exporters of dairy products, which supply 19% of the total volume of products to foreign markets, the USA, which exports 9% of the total volume, and New Zealand, where exports reach 95%.
An increase in milk production by 1% in the European Union may lead to an increase in the proposed volume in the basket of total world exports by 2.6%, while an increase in milk production by 1% in New Zealand will lead to an increase in the proposed volume by 0.38% if the entire additional product is exported.
