Representatives of dairy companies in Moscow and Moscow region told The DairyNews about the difficulties of switching to remote work.

We remind that today there are 40659963 cases of COVID-19 in Russia. Due to the increase in the number of infected people in the country, new restrictions are being introduced. First of all, they will affect cafes and restaurants, mass events, as well as the work of large companies.

On October 6, in accordance with the decree of the mayor of Moscow No. 97, companies were instructed to switch at least 30% of their staff to remote work.

According to representatives of the plant Karat, the office staff of the company has been working remotely since March of this year, and it has not been switched to full-time regime yet, since restrictions have been extended until the end of the year.

- We cope with the measures introduced by the authorities quite calmly. The plant has adapted to new realities. Even in the current conditions, the plant is growing, increasing production volumes and functioning quite calmly within the circumstances. We did not have any difficulties. The system was simply transformed for the first month in March, and we all adapted to the new working conditions. Now everything is set up, - said the representative of the company Karat Yulia Abramova.

The founder of the chain of stores Cheese Sommelier Alexander Krupetskov said that the main difficulty with the restrictions imposed by the authorities is that retail chains of stores cannot be switched to a remote format of work, since the presence of sellers is necessary.

- We have an office part, we switched only this part. However, we still need people sometimes. We have key days: we need at least someone to show up, because we need to send cheeses and other things from the warehouse. This makes the situation difficult, but still tolerable. We are satisfied with 30% of staff switched to remote work. Therefore, our stores were working during the quarantine, we moved only the office to the remote work, - said Alexander Krupetskov.

Nestle was the first company in Moscow to be fined for violating restrictive measures. The company had difficulties entering data on the site mos.ru, therefore, its representatives did not have time to notify the city authorities about the changes in the operating mode.

- We have repeatedly requested technical support from the relevant services, but the problem has not been resolved yet. We are open to cooperation with the authorities of the city of Moscow and are ready to provide data in an alternative format as quickly as possible or get support in uploading data, - summed up in press service the company.

According to representatives of other companies surveyed by The DairyNews, the site mos.ru works normally.

- I have heard that some companies have encountered difficulties when entering their data on the site mos.ru "but we didn't have any problems," said Alexander Krupetskov, founder of the chain of stores Cheese Sommelier.

‘The safety and health of employees is a priority for our company. We carry out the orders of the responsibly of authorities. Therefore, we do not experience any difficulties with entering data,’ said Svetlana Khabarova, a representative of PepsiCo.
