In 2018 "EkoNiva" increased milk production 1.6 times to 484 thousand tons
As reported, in 2017 the production of milk by "EkoNiva" amounted to 297 thousand tons. Thus, at the end of 2018, this figure increased 1.6 times.
At the end of 2018, according to the press service, the average daily milk yield was 1.5 thousand tons (at the beginning of 2018 - 1.09 thousand tons).
This result was explained in the company by the expansion of geography and growth of livestock population.
"In 2018 “EkoNiva” expanded the geography of its presence. Today in agricultural at the enterprises of the company there are more than 140 thousand heads of cattle, about 75 thousand forage-fed cows, 28 hi-tech livestock complexes", - reports a press-service of "EkoNiva".
As of April 3, 2019, the average daily production of milk by "EkoNiva" reached 2 thousand tons. Currently, “EkoNiva” is building another 15 livestock complexes. It is expected that the volume of raw milk production at “EkoNiva” will grow to 2.8 thousand tons per day by the end of 2019 if all the plans are implemented.
As reported, "EkoNiva" predicted the growth of the dairy herd to 70 thousand heads by the end of 2018, the growth of milk production - up to 500 thousand tons. The forecast of the company for the 2019 on the number of dairy livestock population is 100 - 120 thousand animals; on milk production - 0.9-1.1 million tons. In 2019 the company plans to build 15 farms for 51 thousand animals.
The “EkoNiva” group is engaged in agricultural production since 2002, it consists of two independent holding - LLC “EkoNiva-APK Holding” (dairy and meat animal husbandry, plant growing and seed growing) and LLC “EkoNiva-Tekhnika Holding” (delivery of import agricultural machinery, service, spare parts).
According to the analytical system "SPARK-Interfax", "EkoNiva-APK Holding" was established in September 2007 in Voronezh region. It is 99% owned by the German company Ekoland GmbH, the parent company of which is Ekosem Agrar GmbH.
Agricultural enterprises of “EkoNiva-APK” operate in Voronezh, Kursk, Novosibirsk, Kaluga, Orenburg, Tyumen, Ryazan regions, in republics of Tatarstan and Bashkiria.
