‘More than 50 types of cheeses and cheese products are produced in our region. Hard and semi-hard, soft and rennet cheeses made from traditional cow and goat milk. We also have our own parmesan, ricotta, haloumi, feta and mozzarella. Stavropol cheesemakers have learned to produce buratta and brie, caciotta and camembert,’ he wrote.
