In January-June, the physical volume of exports of butter increased by 41.9%, milk and cream – by 28.6%, wheat – by 17.1%, cheese and cottage cheese – by 7.2%, reported the press service of the Federal customs service to The DairyNews.
In general, the share of exports of food products and raw materials for their production in the commodity structure of exports in January-June 2020 was 7.9% (in January-June 2019 - 5.1%). In the commodity structure of exports to non-CIS countries, the share of these goods was 6.9% (in January-June 2019 – 4.4%), to the CIS countries – 14.8% (10.0%). In comparison with January-June 2019, the cost and physical volumes of deliveries of these goods increased by 19.2% and 25.8%, respectively.
Also, the physical volume of exports of fresh pork and ice cream increased 2.7 times, fresh meat and ice cream – 2.3 times, poultry meat – 1.8 times.
