In October 2021, more than 200 printing houses for the production of labeled packaging of dairy products will be launched in Russia

According to the speaker, the operator CATD is now interacting with those printing houses that, for one reason or another, do not have time to be processed by LLC Sptservice.

‘We received a preliminary list from Soyuzmoloko, which included 176 printing houses,’ the speaker said. ‘We got through to all the participants of the list, and we still have 35 medium-sized printing houses in operation. We receive daily requests to connect not very large regional printing houses, and we take them separately to work. The planned date of their equipping, taking into account the fact that in August they will purchase printing equipment and technical vision, is approximately October 2021.’

According to the expert, there are two participants in the list of printing houses of the second and third stages of the introduction of mandatory labeling, which occupy a large share of the packaging market, including social. We are talking about LLC Mondi aramil and LLC Simpak, which produce soft milk foil.

‘We are working very closely with them so that they can join the project, as planned, two months before the start of mandatory labeling, that is, in October 2021,’ the expert stressed. We still have two very large printing houses, one of which is Constantia Kuban, we are waiting for its connection to the Honest mark system from day to day, after which they will start full-scale packaging production.

The manager also named the St. Petersburg company Elopak, which produces aseptic packaging, and which should be launched in October 2021.
