In the matter of vaccination, it is necessary not to force employees, but to convince them - Damol

‘In our company, as, probably, throughout the country now, the topic of vaccination raises many questions. There are skeptics, there are supporters. This is normal: even doctors do not have an unambiguous understanding of this situation – events are developing too quickly. We are against coercion, the methods of reasoned respectful persuasion are more appropriate here. This position is closer to us,’ Lilia Abdullina said

She said that since the spring, vaccination campaigns have been organized several times at AMP enterprises.

‘Those who wished were registered in advance. On the appointed day, a doctor and a nurse came, examined and vaccinated our colleagues twice with an interval of 21 days. Later, in GOSUSLUGI (Public Services), they received access to self - observation diaries and after-vaccination certificates. This is convenient – there is no need to go anywhere, there is no need to take time off from work, no one was crowding in the corridors, everyone was invited to a certain time ,’ said the press secretary of AMP Damol, adding that the company plans to continue this practice further, as there are more and more people who want to get vaccinated.

At the same time, Lilia Abdullina stressed that the percentage of vaccinated employees at the enterprise is not known yet.

‘Our enterprises are located in different regions, in addition, someone was vaccinated at work, someone in a polyclinic at the place of residence, someone in a private clinic or at a mobile vaccination point. Applying to medical institutions, regardless of the reason, is still a private matter, it's somehow awkward to ask employees to report on this,’ she noted.

The expert added that at all the factories of the association, from the very beginning of the pandemic, all security measures are strictly observed, the health status of employees is monitored, and protective means are used.

‘It is difficult to say what support measures the state can promise to "vaccinated" organizations. However, I would like the vaccination campaign in the country to be carried out as correctly as possible in relation to all citizens and including to those who doubt,’ said Lilia Abdullina.
