Investment potential of Bashkortostan will be presented at the XI Dairy Olympics by Ilshat Fazrakhmanov
The Head of the regional agrarian department notes that the Ministry of agriculture of Bashkortostan supports investments in the dairy industry to create industrial livestock farms, which are not so many in the republic.
– By 2030, we expect to win the domestic market of the Republic: ideally, small farms will be combined into a cooperative and make cheeses. The school of cheesemakers is still open – it has been working for three years. We will enhance our work in this sector to satisfy the consumer with domestic Bashkir cheeses, stressed Mr. Fazrakhmanov in an interview with The DairyNews.
According to the Minister, there is a huge potential to attract investment in Bashkortostan. Today there is about 100 billion rubles in the register of agricultural investments.
We need to reach the aim of 300 billion rubles so that investments into agriculture, processing and partly in retail partially were carried out in the coming years, – concluded Fazrakhmanov.
We will remind that the XI Dairy Olympics will be held in St. Petersburg from 26 to 29 May. The event will bring together key domestic and foreign experts of the dairy industry.
